Mackinac Island & Michigan Tour 2025

Join us for this 7 day, 6 night trip to Michigan and Mackinac Island!

Thursday, June 5 – Wednesday, June 11, 2025

Day One & Two:  We’ll first travel to Frankenmuth, MI which is know for its German roots and stay at the beautiful Bavarian Inn Lodge for 2 nights.  We will explore the city with a step on guide, visit Bronner’s (the world’s largest Christmas Store), learn pretzel making, enjoy wine tasting, and a narrated boat cruise.

Day Three, Four & Five:  We are off to Mackinaw City for lunch and shopping before we board the Ferry to Mackinac Island where we’ll stay at the historic Island House Hotel located close to downtown for three nights.  We will enjoy a carriage tour of the island visiting Surrey Hills Museum, Wings of Mackinac Butterfly Conservatory, Arch Rock, and Fort Mackinac Avenue of Flags.  We’ll experience the famous Grand Hotel as we enjoy a gourmet lunch!  You will have a bonus free day to relax and explore the island on your own.

Day Six:  We’ll take the ferry back to the mainland and drive to Grand Rapids, MI where we will visit the beautiful Gerald Ford Presidential Museum and stay the night in the area before we return home.  It’s going to a be a wonderful trip to kick off summer.
